Contact Form

I wanted to make sure that I put up a contact form so that visitors would be able to send in their feedback and comments. There is nothing more important to me then my site visitors. I want to hear your opinions of what you think should be covered on this new online auto repair website.

Please include your ideas for content in the different automotive areas that you’re having problems locating on the Internet. Many auto repair subjects are under served on the net and I need your help identifying them. I will provide an easy to use contact form at the bottom of this page. First I want to share some full disclosure about submitting comments and feedback in this form.

I would love to answer everybody’s car questions, but unfortunately, I still have a full-time job turning wrenches. In fact this has turned into a six day a week job recently. So be aware that if you do submit a car question it may take some time for me to reply.

I highly recommend that if you need immediate assistance that you visit my car repair help page.

Expert Auto Repair Tip: Take it from someone who knows...Having the online repair manual is a life-saver when it comes to DIY auto repair and maintenance. Whether you are working on a Ford, BMW, Dodge, or something more exotic; we probably have the manual you need.

Also, if you have a car question related to a specific vehicle repair Chances are your best bet would be to secure an online service manual that covers your specific vehicle. Many times I’m asked a question such as, how do you replace a water pump on a 93 Toyota Corolla. The answer to this question is a 27-step procedure that would take me hours to put together and e-mail.

This procedure is not only covered in the service manual, but it also includes pictures that I would not be able to reproduce and send. If you do have a particular question about your specific vehicle I recommend that you take a look at my online auto service manual page.

Submitting car questions via the contact form

Unfortunately, on top of all of the problems associated with fielding automotive questions, Spam is one of the more insidious problems. The only way for me to decipher a genuine question from the fake ones would be the length and detail of the submission.

Example of a Spam question. My 93 Honda is stalling why? This one sentence question doesn’t provide enough information to supply an answer. If you include year, make, model and mileage as well recent maintenance history and things you have already tried or tested plus the exact conditions of the stalling. I would have a better chance of answering this question.

Also keep in mind that some car problems just cannot be solved by e-mail. There is no substitute for hands-on auto repair diagnosis and testing. Please do contact me I would love to hear from visitors and what they think this site should cover!
